The Official Lenient Sentence Thread

His lawyer said that "Makimba had a low range of cognitive ability" but evidently not low enough to hinder his ability to remain in Ireland since 2009 despite serial offending. Or maybe some kindly members of the legal profession abetted him - he does look quite the charmer😑

He was sentenced to 5 years so in 2019.

He was released earlier this year.

Is it 2024 already 🤔?

So he is back in for another two and a half years, no doubt so he will be out by Christmas

Aren't the legalistas a great bunch? They have taken this poor half-witted knuckle dragger under their collective protective wings to shelter him from the oppressive Irish system. We're some nation of dopes. This cunt, along with his legal "buddies" should be fucked into a tar barrel and set adrift outside our territorial waters. I'm sick and tired of these vermin biting the hands that feed them.

This is the type of case that this thread was started about. Shocking sentence. Cruel, evil dangerous bastard.

This shit bird seems to have been prosecuted for a number of things. The judge said that the max he could have sent him up for was five years. But if the charges had been disaggregated and tried separately, could a longer (consecutive) sentence been produced?

I have met two of the guards that were on TV last night after his conviction...Really good guys and a credit to their uniform. Hope the c**t enjoys his time inside.
