Cork Footballers

Eanna O Hanlon seems to have had lots of serious injurys ...when you think about it himself Daniel O Connell, Brian Hartnett , Niall Hartnett, Jack Lawton, Mark Keane, Brian Hayes, and Liam O Connell all promising midfield players all not involved for one reason or another ...thats Cork football .
Of that lot o Connell and hayes would be the prospects don’t think others are good enough

When people talk about support , lack of, attitude to football .. and then you have a situation where the East Cork board have 4 junior hurling games at same time as Cork football game Sunday.

Are we surprised? That board is openly hostile towards football in its scheduling, treatment of football players etc. How many players are on Cork squads from over 20 clubs? It's not a coincidence, it's manufactured neglect and railroading of young players

Stop FFS. That Football team are one of the best resourced teams in the Country. Lads if East Cork want to stick games on , so be it. Do you think parts of West Cork give a flying fuck about the Hurlers.

Saw the Barrs beat Nemo last week end with M Shields and P Kerrigan still playing, made me think how many of the 2010 are still playing with their clubs, D O Connor, P O Neill,A Walsh,D Goulding, E Cadogen and C Sheehan Hurling.

Exactly. All you have to do is look at their Divisional teams in their Football and Hurling Championship games last year.

Little or no advertisement for their football team last year for championship games. Yet their hurlers had a challenge against Ballygunner and it was advertised everywhere.

A crowd of numpties who care not a jot for football.
