Grounds that it's not a genuine marriage?
Clearly there's legislation for this as they do prosecute people for 'sham marriages'. Story is out of a sit com alright though.

It was a woman so I could not in conscience do that. However, I made it pretty clear that in our house there was a wife and husband.
