Maybe guiding the player down the correct path for their skill set... players like Aidan Walsh had a very promising football career derailed by choosing hurling and ultimately only being abit part player for the hurlers..

It was Aidan Walsh choice to play hurling. So in your "guidance path" how many years commitment must a player give? Are they allowed play both codes with their club?
