The Sophie Toscan du Plantier Murder Case

Maybe he's right but there are so many people making money out of the murder now, making films and writing books, that it's in their interests to suggest there will be new developments soon.

Maybe so. You could be right.

In life is there isn’t always just an ulterior financial motivation for a person’s actions. I use my own judgment.

In any case, Foster is clearly gunning for Bailey now. He has dramatically stepped it up and is confident that the sands have shifted and the game will soon be up.

Fair enough. Bailey is innocent until proven guilty though so there would need to be a very large break through to risk putting this in front of the DPP again. It's so long since the murder happened any defence team would rightly round on the veracity of new and old witness testimony and be able to cast a lot of doubt in any jurors mind with the ineptitude of the first investigation and the whiff of corruption that came with it.

The bar to get the murderer, whoever it was, behind bars is very high.

Looks like a bit of fluffy ass covering. The review team will advise the local investigation team. The same team that has, at every opportunity, made an unholy balls of the whole fucking thing? That local team?

The same clowns probably won't read any report because they haven't been trained in email.
