The Sophie Toscan du Plantier Murder Case

What about Colombo from that documentary he seemed like a complete gobshite. One detective I knew from a different division told me a few months after the event the guards at the scene let Bailey into the house as he was posing as a reporter so any evidence in the house was null and void.

It’s all a mess that’s for sure and there’s no way he should be convicted because of their actions but the man does himself no favours at all.
There’s one guy on his threads who is threatening to beat him up and the guy looks mental. I say he was advised to stop posting. He’s an intelligent fool.

He is no fool he knew exactly what to do to cover his tracks and make himself inadmissible. A bit of a headcase but no fool. The French case was a farce too as even if he was extradited he would have to go through the whole court process there again.

In the end the irish Government don’t want him standing trial there and making Ireland look like a nation of bofoons as to how the case was handled.

Hasn’t posted on Twitter since this mess. Calling women c@@ts and the likes. He got trolled very hard,

The idiot was also announcing his whereabouts without realising he’s got some real enemies out there who are willing to show up and box the head off him.

The man is an absolute moron

These heroes on Twitter don't seem to realise that Twitter can be compelled to provide details and IP addresses when they are issuing death threats and the like.

Interesting to hear the interview with Nick Foster (wrote the Murder at Roaringwster book) on Pat Kenny today. Foster comes across as a very measured and thoughtful person. He said in recent months new leads have been uncovered, that the case has progressed significantly since the 2 docs came out this year. He said one or two key people have started to resist intimidation, lose their fear, find their voice, and are speaking to the Gardai. One key development relates to a wrist watch Sophie is believed to have worn that night. Someone wrote to Foster inquiring about this watch, and that inquiry was subsequently passed onto Gardai. Again, he doesn’t come across as dramatic, but he did say there’s real reason to be confident we’re in the final stretch here from a DPP standpoint. Foster ended by saying he was extremely optimistic that we’ll see one or two arrests in the near term (sounded like within weeks to me). Make of it what you will …
