All Americans are dumb and fat LOL.
She hasn't a hope of winning.
Obama would want to fuck up in a big way to throw away next years election. Seems to be only lunatics running on the republican side.
Romney won't win, the evangelicals will never vote for a mormon.
That ship has sailed. He's made himself completely unelectable by virtue of his economic policies. Dems already got walloped in the mid terms and the economy is going from bad to worse as a direct result of his lunatic spending programmes. Those who said he didn't have enough political experience to run the country and were scoffed at have been proved right.
Palin is a busted flush however. The gaffe regarding Paul Revere's ride was the straw that broke the camel's back for most. Whoever gets the Republican nomination will be the next President, and Romney should get it easily enough given his competition.
Romney won't beat Obama. The evangelicals will stay at home rather than vote for a mormon.
There isn't anyone so far on the republican side that can win over both sides of their own party AND swing the middle voters away from the democrats.
For this alone, Obama should get re-elected. He may have made a lot of mistakes but he's still better than the alternatives.
Also, I think in a second term, he won't be as quick to concede ground to republicans on things like tax cuts.
Even if the evangelicals did stay at home it wouldn't matter. The swing voters have moved away from Obama because of his poor performance in almost every policy area. Add to that all those first time voters who came out in their droves and voted for Obama for a new beginning and have ended up worse off than before. They are the ones who will stay home next time around.
The economy has gone down the tubes and the middle classes are being hit hardest by Obama's tax hikes with no significant pay-off on social issues. Romney or anyone else won't need the evangelicals to win. All Obama's bluster about "Hope", "Yes We Can" etc has been exposed as empty rhetoric and people are more disillusioned than they ever were under Bush due to being let down by the Great Black Hope. His fall from grace has been Blairesque, it just doesn't get reported in the media over here as pretty much all major news agencies on this side of the pond are so pro-Democrat.
