He is an appalling Tory "Top boy prefect" grifter and the less Liz Truss speaks the better as she is way out of her depth and she will not even do big one on one interviews.

To be fair, it was only solar she was specifically gunning for. They drop productivity on the fields with them by a massive 7%, so clearly that source of extra revenue for very little drop in productivity should be killed immediately.
