It's hardly a bakery's fault that Air BnB massively fucked up the housing in popular areas so people on basic wages can't afford to rent in their own towns.

It's not hard to set fire to a place, run away and not get caught. Buildings mysteriously happen to catch fire when developers are stalled due to it being a listed building and no one caught for those either.
