Is there anything stopping you as an individual or your party taking a case against this legal opinion?

Is any A.G. even going to imperil himself and his career while in office?

Would a S.F. Govt. even challenge the A.G. while in power?

Strangely he came across as a decent type of chap in a programme I saw him in a few years ago (it might have been Living with Lucy).
