just checked and he didn't appear off the bench in 2018 final. Was a squad member for a few years but I cant recall him ever getting a run in a championship game

He got a goal against Tipp in Munster one year

Barry Murphy is more of a sub corner forward - odd he’s named at midfield. More often than not he’s not even on the panel.

yes that's him. if I recall properly he scored that goal v tipp in first round in 2018.

Yes, not much point talking about an also ran player in the limerick team. Cork need to make a point tonight, that there’s no easy mark playing Cork anymore. If teams attack Limerick and continually wear them down, this Limerick team won’t dominate for much longer. Looking at the 2 teams, I would expect Cork to win comfortably, but I hope they also play with fire and aggression!

I’d take a one point win in a scrap. We beat Limerick handy enough in the league last year and it didn’t do us much good come championship.
