Ya but they def knew how to press our buttons. And we took the bait big time. Regardless of the where, how or why they engineered a (much deserved) draw when it looked like a case of damage limitation at HT. That, to me, qualifies to some degree of them ‘having our measure’.

What gives us the right to say they don’t have our measure ? look at our championship results against them in the last number of years?

None of the above really matters at the moment anyway, Tipperary is our next game not Clare that’s what we should be looking forward to

You are forgetting 3 big players they were missing on SOD, Cleary and Ryan (who left early).

Next time we face off they could have SOD beside Duggan in FF line.

They beat us last year and some are treating last Sunday as another Clare victory! You’d swear by the reaction of a lot and even the normally semi comatose Lohan that they’d poxed another All Ireland.
But for as long as the game of hurling is played Clare will never have the measure of Cork.

Any update on Rob Downey's injury?

He's not injured. That seems to be the consensus anyway. He got a knock, it swelled up and caused him difficulty in the second half, but was fine again by Monday and he is back training.

(All updates subject to the caveat that pretty much all information reported here is at least second hand!)

I don't get this attitude.
They've beaten or drawn with us on every championship occasion since 2021. We have won no encounter with them since then. Played 5 Won 0 Drew 1 Lost 4. That's our recent record against them.

They have our measure currently and it needs to be rectified very soon.
