Cork Hurlers - Part 2

Molloy was excellent in the club championship but he's not the biggest man - Twomey could do well there if he's moved across. Hogan also impressive for OLG - that full forward will be a handful... but overall we have the stronger line up.

Tim will play 5, and if that's the case for the season I wouldn't be too upset, he has been excellent there.

Potentially the only change to that line up is Luke Meade to midfield as a trio and ROF or kingston into the 10 position. Eoin Cody's selection surely sees SOD picking him up.

Kingston, Lehane, Horgan and Meade named in a forward line together is a slight worry though in terms of the selection mindset.

I would not see it as a dummy team. We’re playing 7 in defence including O Callaghan. Meade to midfield alongside O Connell which could potentially be a championship pairing. Give up front but as others have highlighted that’s where we badly need Connolly Barrett or Cunningham to catch fire.

Turn off location on your phone.
Use mobile hotspot on the phone to watch on a connected laptop.
I am grotesquely uninformed on tech but this worked for me in Italy.
I assume the player detected an Irish hotspot.

More techy people might explain this
lol

Reminds me of a Dongal vs Cork football game on years back when mobile data cost a fortune.. I have a buddy living in Vancouver and he couldn't get a stream for it. I had it on the TV here so I said I'd point the laptop at the TV and stream it to him so he could watch it. I cant remember why that wouldn't have been on Wifi but I was connected via hotspot to my phone. All worked great until a €1200 bill from Vodafone arrived in my door :lol!:

Corcaigh Abu! Hope there’s a big crowd on Saturday to support the team. Great atmosphere under lights!
Its unlikely there's gonna be a big crowd. John Fogarty in his examiner article during the week says fuck all KK supporters are travelling on Saturday.

Also, there are still no Upper South Stand tickets for sale so it looks like that part of the stand will be closed off Saturday night. Also, marketing for the game has been atrocious....speaking with a guy from work who loves his sport was completely taken aback when I mentioned to him that that there was a Cork v KK hurling game on Saturday night.

I can’t see KK travelling in big numbers, especially with the game on RTE
Cork supporters will turn up in decent numbers you would expect
Great night out for Kids and parents under lights and hopefully a decent Cork display

That will be the line up alright but I’m not sure why we have to keep it a secret. Could we not have started Shane Barrett though? Good to see Mark Coleman back on the bench too
I'm not sure if the lineup given by AllCork32 will start, but I'd certainly prefer it to the team as named. Much more physical presence around the middle of the field, better puck-out options as well.

Either way, I'm happy to see E. Roche and S. Twomey start again, and O'Connell playing midfield. Hopefully we'll see Coleman and E. Twomey getting minutes off the bench (and not just ten or fifteen minutes at the end).
