Cork Hurlers - Part 2

Great to see Tommy O Connell in his best position and we need him in our starting team come championship. He brings badly needed fight and bite with plenty skill too.

KK have brought back the O L Gaels lads so a decent defence in place. Plenty experimental selections there too so no excuses if we can’t earn the win.

We should be winning this well to put down a marker - KK without some big names like Declan, Reid and experimenting with new guys. Supervalue Park on a Saturday evening under lights it's time these lads answered all the critics.

RTE are showing Cork KK live on Saturday evening. I’m in France this weekend - does anyone know if I will be able to watch the game live on the RTE player? I’ve checked GAA Go but the game is not listed there. Thanks in advance!

I am grotesquely uninformed on tech but this worked for me in Italy.
I assume the player detected an Irish hotspot.

Molloy was excellent in the club championship but he's not the biggest man - Twomey could do well there if he's moved across. Hogan also impressive for OLG - that full forward will be a handful... but overall we have the stronger line up.

Tim will play 5, and if that's the case for the season I wouldn't be too upset, he has been excellent there.

Potentially the only change to that line up is Luke Meade to midfield as a trio and ROF or kingston into the 10 position. Eoin Cody's selection surely sees SOD picking him up.

Kingston, Lehane, Horgan and Meade named in a forward line together is a slight worry though in terms of the selection mindset.

I would not see it as a dummy team. We’re playing 7 in defence including O Callaghan. Meade to midfield alongside O Connell which could potentially be a championship pairing. Give up front but as others have highlighted that’s where we badly need Connolly Barrett or Cunningham to catch fire.

lol

Reminds me of a Dongal vs Cork football game on years back when mobile data cost a fortune.. I have a buddy living in Vancouver and he couldn't get a stream for it. I had it on the TV here so I said I'd point the laptop at the TV and stream it to him so he could watch it. I cant remember why that wouldn't have been on Wifi but I was connected via hotspot to my phone. All worked great until a €1200 bill from Vodafone arrived in my door :lol!:
