Cork Developments

The rock face hill behind the proposal (Sundays Well Road) is about 10-12 storeys.

These people are just stupid @city Hall.
often thought a car park should be put there to take the parking off wise's hill,

i.e. a flat safe well-lit rooftop of the ucc development given over to the residents of wise's hill

The prism on clontarf st will not now proceed, site locked up last 12 months, Bus lane which was removed to be reinstalled,
3M Quid wasted,

Saw hoarding around Debenhams over the weekend which is good to see. Seems to be some action there at long last.
Work well under way on the old Liam Ó Ruiséail's book shop on Oliver Plunkett Street. Here's Health going in there. Hopefully they'll respect the heritage of the facade and wont erect some God awful signage on it.
Hopefully Diarmuid o Cadhla will not insist in the sign over the frontale to be in Irish in hounour of IRA man liM o ruesseal

Kerry Navillus lads out of Jail.

Prism project not dead just in a zombie state
Apartments…no nah never, no nah never no more.. a financial zombie land outside of Dublin, the student & rental market. Even in Dublin now the planning has changed to stop company’s doing build to let’s.

The site compound portacabins that Sisk had below in Dunkettle are in the process of being dismantled and transported and reassembled down by Ringaskiddy for the m28 project.

Hopefully that is a sign that Sisk have gotten the go ahead on that job, I do hope so, they deserve it after the excellent work they did in Dunkettle.
