A $1m pension fraud. One fucking lousy million? For the amount of people they employed? This is truly nickels and dimes stuff. Something doesn’t smell right to me here. NY and Fed courts can be as bent as a fiddler’s elbow with all types of illegal retribution by vested interests and other shenanigans. The punishment and the crime? I’d hazard to guess there’s more to this here than meets the eye

It’s all under written by the purchase contract with the state arm for social housing. So zero financial risk really.

If an arm of the state wasn’t buying these things they would never be built, as they aren’t financially viable in the private market.
