Dead right too EnnisY, we have turkey because the idea of breaking from tradition is too much to handle but it wouldn’t bother me if I never ate turkey again - everyone spends their time trying to make the driest meat imaginable slightly less dry!

Going into town for a few lunchtime pints with a few friends on Christmas Eve. Shopping all done before the 24th. Watching people rushing around for last minute purchases.
I used to feel sorry for the men who came in for a quiet pint when their wives came in to drag their husbands out for more shopping terror.
At night on the 24th I used to enjoy a few pints in a bar near my house.
