Looks like Douglas have some serious talent coming up through the ranks, back to back minor titles. Will be interesting to see if these young lads can take them to the next level over the coming years
I’m sorry now but they have had great talent for the last 10/15 years and they can’t bring them through. Last years minor hurling team would bate this years seniors ffs

They need a lot more than a coach to bring them through. You need a tradition of winning which only comes when you win a county, until they win their first they won’t find that tradition . An outside manager won’t win them a County either, but a top class manager with that tradition behind him just might. They need to start playing these youngsters so standards might get raised and they might just might get over the line. But I doubt they will
