If it ends at 10am they can open after an inspection if all looks ok, afaik.

Hard to see that happening. School buses won’t run and damaged caused during Red warning couldn’t be assessed in time for school re-opening.

Also parents have to deal with trying to remove their kids from their X-Box ?
