A submarine nuclear drone can create a Tsumami and wipe out the EAST and WEST coasts of the USA.
The recent Allied 'fireworks display' in Syria, where they did not dare attack the Russian air and Naval base is the result of this known nuclear supremacy.
The USA has a bigger military, but the Russian military has the superior weaponry. The balance of world military power has changed.
