Sands had already been yellow carded, ball over the top and as last man by some distance he rugby-tackles his opponent - if ref awards a free kick he has to award a second yellow at a minimum, more likely a straight red. But no, in ibrox it's "play on - nothing to see"

Yeah, Sky Sports have just shown it now in their SPL coverage prior to Celtic's match and everybody in the studio says it should have been a straight red, he'd been yellow carded previously for something similar but Goldson (?) was covering for the yellow. Straight red, or at the very very least a second yellow seeing him sent off.

But of course in Earl's eyes nothing to see and people saying otherwise are "mongs"
