The Official Liverpool Thread - Part 2

TBF the celebrations were nuts on the Sunday when the title was secured (...and by the sounds of it lots of local fans kept the party going for a few days after that).

It's natural enough that there's going to be a lull for the month or so leading up to the final game and the victory parade.
I get that, but given the city is split by the 2 clubs I'd have thought the Liverpool fans would be mad to lord it over the Evertonians, flags out on houses, businesses etc etc? There is literally nothing in the city that would let you know they have won, and nothing at the ground bar changing 19 to 20 on the wall with their wins listed out

It's okay m8. I wouldn't want to admit to being a SSB either.
They just won the league.. now would be the time :lol!:

I prefer my version of events, dont support any club in particular but have a shit list of clubs you dont want to win anything.

Man City and PSG top that list with their focking oil money projects
If Utd win the Championship next year I will be delighted for yourself and Dan m8

You think they'll bounce straight up again after next season?

Defo. Not. A. SSB.

I was in Liverpool for a GAA tournament of all things! Teams from Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham Warwickshire, and Yorkshire - great day of it on the Saturday

The young fella came home with the red Candy jersey with the white flecks on it alright
So was the team you're running playing in the tournament and did you win?
