The Official Celtic Thread

Great win. Sevco were the better side in second half but Idah did the business. Delighted.

No sign of our resident hun. Come out treehousey wherever you are.

Iconic photo in fairness. It isn't often you see a British club saluting their fans like this.

Dunno, I thought both sides were pretty toothless until Butland threw one out to Idah's feet.

Idah's hold up play was excellent after the goal.

Raskin an absolute idiot to shove Hart. That cost Sevco the one opportunity they did create.

I think Hart had it covered if not pushed though.
I've slated him on plenty occasions but was actually surprised Brother Beaton called it, especially when the clear hand ball wasn't called in the first half.

Dire game unfortunately, but a win is a win.
Interesting summer considering the new CL format.
Wonder if there is any chance of persuading MOR to give us one more year?
Keeper is a big gap to fill to.
In fairness Joe really seemed to get the "club", best of luck to him

It was a hard watch for any neutral I’d say. The Huns completely stifled us in midfield and we missed a spark like a Lubo or Rogic to break it down.

Under the new rules we had a stonewall penalty not given to us but no VAR ???? and we’d a player late flagged offside when clearly on so wasn’t confident their “goal” would get ruled out tbh

Idah and Bernardo’s fresh legs told in the end for what was an “ugly” win in a game that looked destined for extra time.

Celtic got over the line yesterday on muscle-memory of being able to carve out victories in very close games. The current Hun squad doesn’t have that.
