The Munster Rugby Thread 2019/20

Interesting signing. No prospects of project players any more, so wonder what the thoughts are on getting someone on the fringes of the team. Presumably he's a good enough for the money signing

Great ambition by Munster - at 26 Nankivell is hitting his prime.

Had to make this kind of signing when Malachy didn't work out.
Farrell is 30 soon and no centres coming tru.
Looks like Jack will be Irish No 2 out half next season so won't be playing centre. We are building a lethal back line - Conway is probably past his best but we are well stacked in most back positions.

Really disappointing that Beirne is hone for season (12 weeks) Thanks for that Barnes.
I think we will be really good next season

Side for the Ospreys game tonight

Good to see Zebo back. MIght still have something to offer at this level

Good to See Fineen Wycherley back too

Munster: Shane Daly; Liam Coombes, Antoine Frisch, Malakai Fekitoa, Simon Zebo; Joey Carbery, Paddy Patterson; Josh Wycherley, Niall Scannell, Roman Salanoa; Jean Kleyn, Fineen Wycherley; Jack O’Donoghue (C), John Hodnett, Gavin Coombes.

Replacements: Diarmuid Barron, Mark Donnelly, Stephen Archer, Jack O’Sullivan, Alex Kendellen, Ethan Coughlan, Ben Healy, Rory Scannell.

We should be targeting a bonus point win tonight. Two lovely tries so far. Who was expecting a no-look inside pass from Kleyn??
He's been playing that first receiver for a while now. He's been excellent at it.
He was booted out of the Irish setup as they said his handling was poor so he's been at it since I think.

Patterson is a speed merchant, the quickness of the ball he gives out is frightening.
