What is it you think these people can be charged with, on the basis of the evidence actually in the public domain ( not what you think happened)?

Are you denying a days old infant was brutally killed, and the dead body was discarded into the sea or that the parents of said infant have since been identified beyond any doubt?

I think most people would see that interviewing the parents until they gave a credible explanation of how that came to pass as a good start.

Were they questioned even on the numerous acts of vandalism on the headstone of Baby John’s grave?

IF, as the narrative being put about by some now, was that they were scared stiff teenagers unfamiliar with the workings of the world and gave the infant up for adoption, who exactly did they give Baby John to, when, and who told them to stay completely silent about it all for 40 odd years?

The identity of the parents has been known for nearly a year and a half now, and apart from announcing their arrest and interview there’s been nothing further.

It never ceases to amaze just how much you feel the need to avoid at all costs admitting that our justice system fails from time to time btw

The issue is there’s been precious little procedure in well over a year. Glaciers move a lot quicker. Are they waiting for some other major player in this case to die or what?

I have no issue admitting failure when it is there. There is no evidence of failure here though, just evidence of your stupidity.
