The Hurling Thread

Youre just some sad troll slagging off Cork GAA and too much of a fanny to say where you're from. (When not pretending to be from Cork).

At least the Limerick and Clare lads on here arent such pussies ?
At the time what I wrote re footballers and hurlers rang through. Others agreed. Now that someone from outside the county suggests it you cry foul. What a fuckin drama queen you are. You're a sensitive old soul. Man up a bit. I've been proved wrong in relation to the hurlers but I wasnt alone in thinking the same after two games.

"Rang through"?

Eep

That’s a fine though ordinarily, can’t see why it would affect his suspended sentence?
It is an offence to drive dangerously in a public place. If you are convicted of dangerous driving, you could be fined up to €5000, or be sent to prison for up to 6 months, or both

Given that it is a criminal offence then I think it could have an impact on his suspended sentence.

But unlikely to be the case

Didn’t think it would impact on his suspended sentence. Not really similar offences are they though I haven’t a clue how the law works in this instance?

Neither do I have a clue.
But he is "bound to the peace" so hence would agree it probably won't or shouldn't impact it but given all the furore around sentences today who knows...

Unreal

That 04 team were special
Brings back a great memory, the ‘05 semi final.. Corcoran nearing the end of his career, Clare went ahead as was customary back then when we gave every team a head start. Brian Lohan was playing that day too also coming to the end. Anyway, Clare pulled a few clear and we were struggling to reel them in. Allen gave Corcoran the curly finger with anbout 15 to go and the Clare crowd went bananas thinking they had us beat and here we were withdrawing our messiah. Gardiner went 6 for Curran. The game turned straight after and we beat them with the sweetest of sweet victories, fucking silence from the same lads baying in our ears 15 minutes earlier :)

Actually now that I think of it, I have the same seats tomorrow that I had that day…

Corcaigh Abu ????
