In Ireland, a duty is generally owed to any person who can be classed as a neighbour, which involves issues of proximity, foreseeability and policy considerations.
Easy to establish in this case.

Munster Council aren't too bothered by these club provincial championships it seems. There seems to be no discussion and deliberation with the 6 County boards about trying to make the gradings a level playing field.

Some counties like Tipp have cleaned up their senior championship, cutting them down from 28 teams to 16 teams which has helped. The Kerry GAA structure and their representatives needs to be looked at too.

It was comical to see Effin Eddie's reaction to Aherlo's first score. At this stage they were about 15 points behind but Eddie was still entertaining thoughts of a magnificent comeback by the 'Glenmen'.

The criminal matter is dealt by the police and state prosecution.
The civil case she may take can be against the perpetrator and the organizer of the trip.. her lawyers will defo try to go after the biggest pay day.. Sure I’d imagine a full time inter county footballer, say the likes of Nugent hasn’t a bob

He runs a gym/coffee shop in Armagh. Rents from his ex gf family, and sent home early from Miami. Don’t know if PSNI can prosecute crime committed overseas.

We don’t know yet what those questions are.
Based on what I was told the victim left the States quickly and reported the crime to the Tans in the North, not in Miami.
If that’s the case, then no one in Miami is going to be dragging anyone downtown to Starsky & Hutch.

That sounds like a whole load of bollox to be fair. It's highly unlikely they heard nothing until the girl had left. It's not like she hopped out of the hotel onto bus home. An organisation brings about 60 people or whatever away on a trip. There is an allegation of a serious crime. Do you A) bring in the relevant authorities and act with transparency and decency or B) sweep it under the carpet.
