ha, it has to be timber so the pizza doesn't sweat.. hate soggy food. The only other timber board is an enormous chopping board. thats actually a cheese board!

I have a lebanese brother in law from a family with a bakery that make pizza - he's mad for chocolate and strawberry pizzas as a dessert. Wasn't mad on the idea of it but it actually tastes good, I wouldn't order it though. Passion fruit would be good for a bit of zing alright
