No biggie for them winos, its just an extra 40 cent on a naggin that they will have to bum. I on the other hand will be getting my xmas booze from the north and i won't even need to go up there as a buddy is up and down to Belfast every week or two, As for smokes, I've been buying my smokes off our Polish buddies for a while now. €50 for 200 thats a €45 saving on a case, fuck you budget.
