my buddy got caught with a spliff in april 08. Got a summons 3 weeks ago... Load of bollox.

They wait till the year is almost up in case you get done for anything else in that time.


A friend up mine was up there last year. He said the judge went nuts at the cops cos of the amount of stupid possession cases to be heard.
