Well no, defending anything does not make it right, who suggested otherwise? It is the content OF that defense that does that, or fails to. And so far you have not rebutted or negated that defense. You just throw out phrases like "linguistic gymnastics" without at any point ascertaining that any has actually occurred.
This is known as spaghetti at the wall tactics, and they are both poor and dishonest tactics to use.
The majority of abortions before 12 weeks are medical abortions. A patient can be denied prescription to ANY medicine by a doctor. That is why we even have a prescription process. So yes, a patient can be denied the abortion they seek by a doctor, just like they can be denied any other pill.
I am not saying anything special or new here. Pills can be denied, abortion pills are pills, therefore they can be denied. Where is the problem?
Would it not be the case that if a woman was denied abortion pills for whatever reason then she always has the option of a surgical abortion? The method is hardly an issue.
And if correct then we are back to unrestricted abortion and not abortion on request.
