DJ Mek
Award winning DJ, Turntablist and Producer DJ Mek has won 5 Irish DMC
championships and has handled production remixes for artists such as Ian Brown,
The Frames, Rodney P, and even childrens TV heroes Zig and Zag!
In the early 90s his group Scary Eire were the first Irish Hip Hop group to sign to a
major label.
Meks sets are a party rocking display of unparalleled music knowledge,
incorporating classic hip hop, reggae, funk, rock, 80s classics and amapiano all
displayed a healthy dose of humour
