Great book alright.
If you're interested in reading more about the 70s part of things, then I recommend a book called Love Saves The Day by Tim lawrence. It goes into a lot of detail about the origins of disco, and talks about clubs like the Paradise Garage, The Gallery, Teh Loft etc. Great stuff as well.
He's supposed to be writing a sequel about the 80s at the moment as well.
just finished the disco section.amazing the influence that particular genre had/still has.seems this was an anthem of the era.
Every dj in the world raves about this book,gotta try and pick it up this weekend.
