Christ I'm glad I got a 5 year fix on the auld mortgage a few months ago...

The BOE interest rates are, IMO, only just ahead of the curve globally. I'm fairly certain the EU and US are going to be following them in raising rates.

Actually, correction to that, I see the Fed raised rates by 0.75% yesterday.

The ECB's position is interesting in the light of what the Fed and BoE are doing. Personally, I think the ECB are making a mistake.
