Immigration Thread

I thought it was Garda policy not to comment on individual cases?

Half explanations only fuel misinformation. Very odd indeed.
Very strange. They actually state that they can't comment on a case in this but are commenting on a case. It's like code.

You have to laugh at some of the reports on this.

Journalists shitting themselves to say that Ballagh has had a huge influx in foreign migration. Beating around the bush about Garda presence.

But no, uncontrolled foreign migration only causes significant disproportionate crime in around 6 countries within 2000 kms of Ireland. It'll never happen here. Lol

So the guards confirm that this doesn't involve a person under international protection and that's not enough for you?

You must really really want to believe that they is an immigration issue.

If the incident is as bad as the lady who organised the march stated and the age is what Shannonside reported then there should be a description of the subject in the public to make people aware that their children are in grave danger. I don't give a shite who or what he is or where he comes from. I want him caught.

The problem with issuing descriptions like that is that vigilante fuckwits will go out and kill or injure someone who may or may not be the right person.

100% especially with children involved.

You would hope that we can trust the guards in maintaining public safety over any pc influenced decisions.

I think it's great that our press/gardai are starting to treat crimes by foreigners differently.

I mean what's going to inspire confidence in the press and police more lol

The majority of claims made by people on the ground and online that I have seen point to EU nationals who would have come to the area under freedom of movement.

Why not just bloody say this rather than some 'not an asylum seeker' bullshit.
