Lunch for me will be a fried egg and sausage sandwich with just a hint of Dijon mustard. Served between two doorstep chunks of liberally buttered (Kerrygold fully salted) soda bread.

Washed down with a steaming mug of Americano.

I might have a bit of crispy bacon, just to add a bit more flavour.
