Those houses in Nangles are a joke.

Theyre worth at most 450k.
Absolutely the wrong time to buy that size property.
Buy something less flash and service the mortgage or just rent til it goes tits up.

They will sell out in no time, you are correct about the consultants but I find they prefer to live in houses not in actual housing estates.

Maybe further down the income scale such as accountants and solicitors might be lining up to buy them
