Good music documentaries?

Scorsese's series on the Blues is savage
Standing in the shadows of Motown is very good for the year that's in it
Put some blood in the music (New york kinda thing with John Zorn, John Cale, Sonic Youth etc)-very good

Few off the dome

The filth and the fury about the pistols is very good.
Also Amazing grace about Jeff Buckley is great but I dunno if it is on dvd yet.
Toward the within about Dead can Dance
The Behind the music on Milli Vanilli is Fantastic!!

supposed to be great ^^^

It was meant to be screened alongside a live appearance by Anvil themselves at the film festival which would have been class!

Hype! Is real good as is ken burns series on jazz and the BBC series a few years back about country 'lost highway', though it ended before alt-country started, which seemed odd
