He has a busy few months ahead, I doubt playing with the Cork seniors has even entered his equation.Lads we'd be lucky to get Ben O Connor playing u20. He'll be on some sort of Irish rugby team while also playing Senior Cup Rugby with PBC. He also has to study for his Leaving Cert.
Think you're under estimating millerick tbhPity! He is exactly what Cork need in midfield or half back. Ger Millerick doesn’t exactly offer same promise! I also hear he’s committed to rugby!
Kingston also performs best as impact sub. He or JOC coming on in last 20 minutes could be invaluable. We may not be as far away from success as people thinkSuggesting nepotism will exist already before a panel has been named or a ball struck? If Jack regains his form of 2 years ago he will deserve his place, if not he will be an impact sub. There’s a reason Pat Ryan doesn’t surround himself with yes men, cos he’s honest and everyone that plays will play on merit.
If anything Millerick a possible corner back, with Downey at left half back. Limerick are the yardstick and Hegarty at half forward needs a physically imposing guy to mark him. Not sure if Downey is the man but Galway did well on Hegarty. Ben O’ Connor could do the job!Think you're under estimating millerick tbh
He’d be first on my list too for Christ sakeDont tell R & B but Hoggie would be 1st on my list
I’d agree on most of thatShane Hurley in goal. Coleman can’t defend. Ben O C to 7 if available and TOM to 9. Conor C to 11 with A Myers at 12. Fitz to 15. Sean Twomey offers more than Kingston or Barrett
