Or maybe this years crop of players just weren’t as good as last years? Happens in all clubs and underage county teams. We did well to win 2 u20’s on the trot, time to give those lads more exposure at senior level.

Im sure we will have good underage teams coming through again in the next couple years.

Chalk it down. Feel sorry for Denis Ring too, he had some awful underage shite with which to work with. Fair play to him for putting up with it for as long as he did.

He dropped him, then Shane promised he'd play better at the dinner table, so he started him the next time, then got taken off. Then Shane promised him again at breakfast that it wouldn't happen again, but it did. That's pretty much how the year went for both.
