Isn't that the problem, sticking with the tried and tested hasn't worked for him.

It is certainly a lot of the problem! One of our best young forwards, Blake Murphy, shooting the lights out at club level just months after walking off the Cork panel due to lack of game time. But that is another story again.

Not many of those will be selected for a Munster selection. Your top 3 on the list possibly and Rory Maguire if Cleary can find a way to play him.

I heard Flahive has stepped away from the panel, work commitments. He owes cork nothing, he will be a massive loss. Haven’t heard anything about Powters future

surely cleary wont flog Powter and Meehan in that railway cup game with what they have gone through injury wise.

He’s been a useful player in my view but I’m not sure I’d categorises him as a massive loss.

Hopefully Powter stays put but I’m sure he mentioned his keenness to travel.
