Possibly. That's what the 1992 (or 1993?) ref was about here. Was it legal to allow someone to travel to and get information about a service in another jurisdiction that was illegal in this one. I would imagine that the right to travel freely in the US should trump state ant abortion laws, but who fucking knows.
