Ballygunner punished for not letting younger lads progress through over the last 12 months - Aaron O'Neill was probably the stand out waterford u20 playing wing back, much better than Harry Ruddle or Shane O'Sullivan.

Was getting the train back from Dublin yesterday and a loads of Sars supporters piled on at Thurles.

For the fellas I could see the real cost was not in the county final a but a trip to Michael Guineys for a new pair of cotton rich undies.Seeing that they've just won a Munster final after years of Cork clubs (including themselves) being embarrassed at this level, I'd say they'll be happy enough. Correct though re shooting. Cost them badly in county final when some great ball winning and running at pace was undone by some brutal wides, especially in first half.
Again yesterday, should have been well more than just a couple of scores between the sides at the end.
