2024 Intermediate A Football Championship

Glanmire have a sideline with alot of experience (and a few all Ireland medals)and no doubt will have a plan in place for Gabriel's having been afforded the chance to see them v Town. Playing them in west cork and winning would be huge statement of intent. Interesting match ups for semi final.
A case could be made for all four at this stage. Would be fancying Adrigole and Gabriels to come through but with no confidence.

Very difficult I think to come up with a winners with these two games. I would fancy Gabriels and my neighbours Adrigole to come through but wouldn't be too confident on either, probably my west cork bias coming through! Could easily be a Boher and Glanmire final. Really hard games to call

Adrigole or Boherbue will win this grade
I think I will stick with this prediction and the winner to come from this semi final. Boherbue have a bigger spread of scoring threats in my opinion but Adrigole generally get the entire team back and make games tight, tense and & low-scoring. Adrigole might just about shade it.

On the other semi I think Gabriel’s are a bit young yet but that might stand to them and play with no fear as in bonus territory now. Glanmire really should be winning by right so will back them.

I see Glanmire have been approved for a transfer into Seandun from Imokilly, won’t have too massive effect, will compete at Junior B and U21 levels I assume?

But interesting nonetheless and makes sense geographically speaking, when was the last time a team fully switched divisions?

This has been such an even grade all year. It is hard to clearly predict a winner. I am tipping Boherbue to scrape passed Adrigole and Glanmire to scrape passed Gabriel Rangers. But as someone said, it could easily be the other way around.
