Actually situation is the same anyway whether beaten by Limerick/Kerry..you don’t make a provincial final and your league position matters..either way won’t be making Killarney plans until after the Limerick match if at all
What counts is the number of provincial finalists that are lower in the league than us..if we lose to Kerry.. one in Munster for certain..probably Clare..high chance of one in Leinster as the standard is so bad..unlikely in Connacht and Ulster but not unheard of..if 3 out of 4 happens are we out?
Unlucky with the Armagh second goal..hit the post from an acute angle and bounced up to Armagh..that got them back in the game..2 very good finishes for the Cork goals..Sherlock narrowly wide in the last second …Cork GAA public is a disgrace for the lack of support
Cleary told d’Examiner last week that he won’t be available for the Limerick and if we win any Kerry match or if we don’t lose a MF..didn’t exclude him after that but I’d have my doubts for this season
Showed very good composure when 3 down to choke the Meath kickout and kick 7 points..Meath thought they had it win when they scored the goal..Sherlock and Cronin did well when they came in
Butchering 5 goal chances per game and very low scoring from play points to panic and a lack of confidence..compare that to how Con O’ Callaghan calmly slotted his goals this weekend..not lashing the ball wildly against the crossbar..hopefully this win settles things a bit a brings some...
Reading the match report in the Examiner saying they butchered 4 goal chances in the first half ffs what is going on with this team?..Not being in the All Ireland series is a disgrace
