A mash up of a Tokoyo monster movie and I don't know what.

Promising young woman

Carey Mulligan on a vigilante mission against the men who raped her friend.

It's good but not great. Well worth a watch. Mulligan is excellent.

A few nicely unexpected twists in the plot too.

The Thing is an absolute classic. Hard to believe it bombed. Halloween, Starman, Christine, Escape from New York, Assault on Precinct 13 all decent.

Big Trouble in Little China bombed so he struggled to get financing for his movies after that.


They Live is a good laugh.

I was tired, the shagging thing was on til about quarter to one.

Will upgrade it to a 6 and a half just for you.
