Spiderman- across the spiderverse 7/10

Great craic. Utterly mad, but very enjoyable.

Also, excellent to see a pregnant superhero 😎

In the Mouth of Madness.

On a bit of a John Carpenter kick this week.

Hadn't seen it before.

Sam Neill plays an insurance assessor sent to track down a missing Steven King type author by his publisher.

Decent enough, 6/10.

Kept the horror theme going.

Evil Dead Rise.

What a horrible movie. Read a couple of ok reviews so gave it a go. Sorry I did. None of the humour or charm of the original trilogy just gore and more gore

Deeply unpleasant. Irish director by the name of Lee Cronin , will be going out of my way never to watch anything by him again.

1/10. Avoid.

No boomstick?

Ah crap.

If you want a good Sam Neil movie.. Event Horizon.

For plain humour... Hunt for the Wilder People. 10/10

Ricky Baker.

Saw Event Horizon in the Capitol cinema back in the day.

I rewatched it recently enough. Its aged horribly imo. Looks really wonky.

Sean Pertwee lol.

Fun fact, Sam Neill is Irish, was born in Tyrone. Moved to NZ when he was a young fella.
