Cork Hurlers - Part 2

Lads we'd be lucky to get Ben O Connor playing u20. He'll be on some sort of Irish rugby team while also playing Senior Cup Rugby with PBC. He also has to study for his Leaving Cert.

It's too early to be asking the lad to commit to the Cork Seniors. Once in a generation type athlete, and has savage hurling ability when he's consistently playing, but Senior Intercounty hurling is too much of an ask for the lad with all the other activites he has in his life.

If he’s not available I’d be happy with Ger Millerick at 7

Pity! He is exactly what Cork need in midfield or half back. Ger Millerick doesn’t exactly offer same promise! I also hear he’s committed to rugby!
