I'd probably get my choppers sorted out alright. Not now, but before they reach

Other than that there's no way I'd go under the knife just to look better.

For me I suppose the most obvious option would be a re-thatch.

Also, I'd love to have my teeth sorted.

And I could probably do with a certain amount of liposuction...

Not that i think im perfect or anything, i just dont think that unneccessary operations are a good idea.
Plus, if you had seen some of the med neg cases i have worked on you would NEVER want cosmetic surgery!

Agreed. Instead of giving them counselling to deal with their self image issues they gave them shit loads of surgery instead. How does that fucking help anyone?

well the television executives must be fairly happy with it .

The whole, 'surgery makes you a better person' concept is revolting though.
