Wuhan Wheeze

I think it’s now time to spare a thought for lads like: The Gillabbey ghoul who will no longer be able to celebrate and post about the death of those who chose ( of their own free will ) not to be vaccinated.

The likes of confused socialist Triggs who would wander into the city by day with his mask on looking for anti-maskers to “intimidate” so he could feel a little power over others for once in his life.

For our Stacy who will no longer be able to divide his fellow citizens into “vaxxed and unvaxxed” so he can gloat and think that is something positive to do.

For Doctor Shite in the bucket and his creepy obedience and complete devotion to anything on the MSM.

There are a lot of lads suffering right now because their little power trip has been taken from them. I’m sure they’ll find something to fill the vacuum with soon but in the meantime please spare a thought for these poor souls ❤️
Blah blah blah. 🥜 🥜 🥜 🤡 🤡 😂 😂

On point.

Like getting smashed is all we've been waiting to do.

I'm looking forward to going to a match with a decent crowd and being able to plan for a holiday.

I think the last week's media circus that really had very little to do with events in Tullamore showed what an odious bunch the Irish press are and how little their commentary is worth.
I'm looking forward to going to the theatre, or maybe visit an art gallery 🏢 or a museum.👈

That's how I roll.

On the ball.

Since the announcement, all my thoughts have been about planning hols, going to a few matches and gigs. Also sorting out my Pitch&Putt Calendar, to see what tournaments I can play that were cancelled for the last couple of years.

I love a few pints but it’s not the be all end all.

Anyone even considering going into a crowded, noisy, sweaty pub or discotheque tonight needs to take a long, hard, cold look at themselves.

It's not over.
As someone who lives close to a gaa head pub I do wish they had waited until Monday to lift the restrictions. They'll be behaving like drunken elephants out on the road at 1am like it's all the bank holidays + Arthur's Day rolled into one

There goes a huge part of your daily social intercourse. #empty

Went to the Sin E for a quick one after work. First time in a pub here in 2 years. The pint went down well. Was busy enough in there. All seats full and seats at bar full. (Was about 5pm). Only issue i have is the usual fuckers sitting at the bar acting like you are in their fucking way whilst i was ordering a pint. But other than that it felt great to waltz into a bar with no mask or covid cert. Made the pint taste better.
